How to Apply for a SIRA License in Dubai?

Second Step : Submit Application Form: Complete the form accurately and send it via email to reg.sira@sctc.ae. SIRA will review your application and respond with further guidelines.
Third Step: Visit SIRA Cadre Training Center: Upon receiving email confirmation from SIRA, visit the training center with:
- Completed application form
- 2 passport-sized color photos
- 2 color copies of your passport or Emirates ID (front & back)
- Visitor or tourist visa holders do not require an Emirates ID.
- Pay your course fee through bank deposit, current dated cheque, debit card, or credit card.

- Safer Fire Safety Training: Provided by Civil Defense at AED 546.
- Dealing with People of Determination: Provided by Dubai Police Academy at AED 50.
