The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and international cooperation is a government body that deals with the UAE attestation process for ordinary documents.

Document attestation for the UAE is a procedure for verifying stamps and signatures on documents whether they are issued in the UAE or outside the UAE. MOFAIC provides the attestation services to the individuals and establishments in two places. Company PRO or the individuals can apply for the verification and collect the documents from;

  1. Customer Happiness Centers in the UAE
  2. UAE Embassy or Consular Office in other countries.

What documents UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and international cooperation certify?

There are 5 steps you need to follow, to certify your documents. Whether you are in Dubai or any other country, don’t worry, because it’s a simple procedure.

  1. Registration: First of all you should visit the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation website through this link. Just click the start service button and create your account by filling out the required details.

2. Application: This is the second step you need to fill out the online registering form and upload the document, as well as select the area where you want to be stamped.

3.  Review of application: The UAE embassy or customer happiness center will review the application. If all the conditions have met then approval sends through email.

4. Payment: You should pay the charges through the available payment option. After receiving the approval log in MOFAIC website and go to the “task” and complete the payment process.

5. Collect documents: Go to the UAE embassy in your country or customer happiness center in the UAE with original documents to attest.
